Voice Connection Hub
$14.95 /month
The Inside Community Member’s telephone access and the public profile behind it. They reach it by calling the shared access number and identifying themselves by voice.
Voice usage is 7.5¢ a minute and is drawn from their Connection Credit as it is used. Messages are free to send and to receive.

What using it costs
The monthly fee and usage are separate. Usage is drawn from the Connection Account as it happens, so a quiet month costs less.

Connection Credit
Connection Credit is the balance an Inside Community Member’s Connection Account is charged against — the monthly fee, and their time on the system.
$5 smallest payment
$5 is the smallest Connection Credit payment we accept. It is a payment onto their Connection Account, not a fee for joining, and none of it is free credit from us.
Add credit when you choose to
Anyone who knows them can add Connection Credit, whenever they choose. Your card is only charged for payments you authorize.
How the monthly fee is charged
- The $14.95 monthly fee is taken from the Inside Community Member’s Connection Account, out of their Connection Credit.
- If there is not enough Connection Credit when it is due, there is a 24-hour grace period. We try again 3 times and email the Outside User who set up the connection each time.
- If the fee still cannot be taken, the membership ends and their Voice Connection Hub is paused until Connection Credit is added.
- The Connection Account never goes below zero. When Connection Credit runs out, calls pause until more is added.

Canceling, and where your subscription lives
Your own account is free, so there is nothing to cancel to stop being charged. If you do have a paid subscription of your own, it is in My Subscription in the app — sign in to the Online Connection Hub, open your account menu in the Online Connection Hub, and choose My Subscription. That page holds your own plan, your saved payment methods, and your past orders and receipts.
An Inside Community Member’s monthly access is not managed there and is not a subscription on your card. To end it, contact [email protected], as set out in our Terms. More in the FAQs.
